Sunny Valley Resort Property rental fees For weddings and big events with over 50 people we require that you purchase insurance for the event. Theeventhelper.com is a good reference to find insurance. There is a Deposit of $1000 and a fee of $500 to use our fully stocked outdoor kitchen and outdoor movie theatre. We have all cooking utensils you can imagine including: pizza maker, popcorn maker, shaved ice, paella pans etc… 

*$1000 a night for all four tipis for up to two people per tipi Monday through Thursday, $1100 for Friday and Saturday. 30 people will comfortably fit in the tipis. 

*3 small tipi tents $450 Monday through Thursday, $525 for Friday and Saturday for two people

*$35 per extra person per day 

*$90 per day to pitch a tent 

There is plenty of room for as many tents needed, we have 5 acres plus more to safely camp out. You must pack out your own trash or pay an extra $100 for us to do it for you.
